Rima Fakih: Miss USA 2010 - Who is Miss USA 2010? Rima Fakih is the current Miss USA. she won the Miss Michigan USA pageant on September 19, 2009, and Miss USA pageant on May 16, 2010. Rima Fakih is the first Miss Michigan to win the Miss USA title since Kenya Moore in 1993. She is also the first Miss USA of Arab-American descent. She currently resides in Dearborn, Michigan.

Born in Lebanon, Fakih grew up in Queens, New York, where she attended a Catholic school. With Fakih's victory, Michigan has provided two firsts in Miss USA pageant history; in 1990, Carole Gist became the first African American Miss USA, and Fakih is believed to be the first Arab American to win Miss USA.

Fakih is a graduate the University of Michigan–Dearborn with degrees in economics and business management. She plans to attend law school after her year-long reign.
